I was not initially convinced that Drew would be the best agent for us, since hiis office is in Salt Lake rather than Bountiful. However, he was most professional, open to suggestion, and available for every little question or concern I had. I am a first-time home buyer. I've rented for 13 years. This is written directly to anyone who is a first time home buyer, but possibly applicable to others.

Drew will take care of you, and he will make sure that your needs are met and that your bases are covered.

He will do all the hard work for you.

What this results in is you getting a quality house that meets your needs, and it's an easy experience.

If he thinks that there's a problem with your plumbing, he will offer to contact a plumber that he's used in the past, to inspect your pipes.

If he thinks there is a problem with the foundation, he will get a structural engineer out to provide an opinion.

What you want, even if you are a single drunkard, is a family man to help you buy your house, because he acts as if you will be raising your own family there. He acts as if you will be raising HIS family there. So he finds you a home that is suitable to raise a family in. This is what everybody _actually_ wants, even if they don't know it.

Home is home, and Drew knows how to make it happen.
